Holy Week Trek

"Way of the Cross" in Malasag On the eve of Good Friday (Thursday evening), thousands of Kagayanons trek Malasag hill for the annual "Via Crucis" or "Way of the Cross". The 3 kilometer trek ends at the Corsillo Retreat House. Smoking is prohibited as it might cause bush fires. Unfortunately most who go there are rowdy youths who sleep over, to be with friends and their lovers.
